Travel - Lead

We are hiring for India's second largest manufacturer of commercial vehicles.

Role Description:
• Managing the end to end travel operations of the company.
• Self Booking Tool implementation and operations.
• Corporate Travel requirements including contracting with airlines, ticketing, Hotel contracting with negotiations and bookings.
• Contracting and managing the operations of land transport requirements
• Managing the different MICE requirements of the company.
• Driving the Travel Policy adherence and tracking the market trends and customer feedbacks to make amends to the policy from time to time.
• Reviewing the vendor contracts at regular intervals to get the best deals for the company.
• Driving savings on all aspects of travel.
• Ensuring audit compliance, responding to audit queries and enhance the process to fix gaps if any.
• Work in sync with cross functional teams to handle services effectively.
• Drive a tech driven approach in managing Travel, Expense and GST reconciliation services.
