Our services include flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, rail bookings, cab services, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support Query Handling: Assist B2B clients with their travel-related queries, providing timely and accurate information regarding bookings, changes, or cancellations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, portals, and ongoing promotions offered by the company.
• Booking Reservations: Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, holiday packages, rail bookings, cab services, and travel insurance. Ensure accuracy and high service quality.
• Backend Operations: Handle backend processes such as itinerary creation, data entry, PNR management, documentation, and internal coordination with vendors and partners.
• Compliance Handling: Ensure that all bookings and processes adhere to company guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments such as ticketing, accounts, and customer service to deliver a seamless experience to our B2B partners.
• Issue Resolution: Address any operational challenges or booking issues raised by agents and ensure prompt resolution.
• System Updates: Maintain accurate records in the travel management system and update relevant information as needed.
• Process Improvements: Contribute suggestions for improving booking efficiency, systemworkflows, and client servicing based on day-to-day observations.
Qualifications:
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Travel and Tourism or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry (experience in hotel/holiday/rail/cab bookings is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a basic understanding of travel backend operations and compliance
• Freshers with relevant educational background are welcome to apply
