Transformation Project Coordinator

You will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing requirements for both project and BAU activities. Your primary focus will be on understanding the current and future state services and ways of working to ensure alignment with our transformation objectives.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, particularly in processes, systems, and employee engagement, while supporting the design of human-centered solutions that enhance the employee experience and improve customer service delivery.
