Collision Repair Group offers a fully mobile ADAS recalibration, coding and diagnostic service to our blue chip clients on a UK and European wide basis.

We are currently recruiting for Trainee Remote Vehicle Diagnostic Technicians to join the team at our Contact Centre / Head Office based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

You need to be both customer driven and a team player with an inquisitive outlook. Fault finding and resolving technical issues in a dynamic environment whilst building a rapport with both customers and staff with great communication at all times.

Your Role

We are looking for proactive, flexible trainee technicians to join the team to help us deliver the best workplace support for our customers and staff, so excellent customer service skills and a strong customer focus is essential. Your role will involve delivering remote services for multiple customers across the UK. You will need to be a fast learner, able to receive technical instructions and respond in a confident manner to ensure any downtime is kept to a minimum. You will help manage the call queues, keeping tickets updated with latest actions and closing within SLA. Your knowledge and experience across accounts will identify first time fix opportunities and help develop further service improvements.

Your experience

Good communication - ability to project yourself confidently with all levels of customer.
Good diagnostic approach - methodical and considered with attention to detail
Examples of fault finding and troubleshoot issues in 'real time'.
Time management- working to deadlines and able to prioritize tasks
Quality control and exacting standards for yourself and others.
Adaptable – Able to bring skills and knowledge from one area and apply to another
You want to progress and can demonstrate your ambition both for yourself and the business
High levels of energy with a 'can do' positive attitude at all times
Team player but capable of working on own initiative to fully understand implications of changes and effective working methods.
You will be required to liaise with our customers, schedule team and mobile technicians to ensure all work instructions are correctly scheduled, managed and completed within strict Service Level Agreements. Managing your own work load upon completion of training and prioritising all daily duties efficiently and effectively on a consistent and relentless basis

A friendly, approachable person is a necessity as the successful candidate will be work as part of a highly motivated and close knit team in a rapidly growing business.

This is a Monday to Friday office based role, ideally 8am-5pm
