Education-LLB
Key Skills:
1. Fluency in TAMIL Language is must.
3. Familiar with Legal proceedings of FMCG.
Key Responsibility:
2. Ensure review of product labels to comply with FSSA, IPR Intellectual property Rights, Legal Metrology.
3. Good Knowledge with IPR FSSAI, Legal Metrology and any other statute as applicable to FMCG.
4. To liaise with private party for completing the land/property / Lease transaction and getting the same registered with SRO
5. To liaise with police authority for recovery proceedings.
