How You Will Contribute:
You will play a crucial role in supporting upcoming exercises and will be involved in bustling breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, along with exciting functions during peak periods. You will be responsible for mentoring and training all food production personnel, imparting Broadspectrum's high standards and procedures, including dietary-specific meal services such as Kosher and Halal. Additionally, you will build strong working relationships with the performance and compliance team, ensuring top-notch management of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), Food Safety, HACCP, and contract compliance.
Requirements:
Australian-recognised Commercial Cookery qualification - a strong culinary foundation.
HACCP Level 3 certification (preferred) - for a higher standard of food safety management.
Proven understanding of contract management, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices.
Comprehensive knowledge of Food Safety Standards and statutory obligations, ensuring strict compliance.
PASSION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - A COMMITMENT TO DELIVERING HIGH STANDARDS IN EVERY MEAL AND INTERACTION.
Strong planning and organisational skills, with proven experience working collaboratively in a professional setting.
