Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid job located in Delhi, India. As a Tour Guide at Delhi Food Walks, you will be responsible to ensure smooth flow of information from the tour operator/walk-ins to guides. Mentor the walk team and ensure happiness to all. Your daily tasks will include engaging with clients, mentoring the tour guides, coordinating with partner tour companies, offering exceptional customer service, and occasionally assisting with sales of related tour packages.



Qualifications

Experience in Guided Tours
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to engage and inform guests effectively
Sales skills are beneficial
Passion for food and local culture
Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, History, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
