Overview
As a Tire Installer, you will be responsible for installing, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires for cars and light trucks. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs.
Install new tires on vehicles using proper mounting and balancing techniques
Perform tire repairs (plugs, patches, etc.)
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Skills

Previous experience in tire installation or related automotive service (preferred but not required; training available)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools for various repair tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey information regarding repairs and maintenance needs.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
