• _Salary: upto 17k(upto 5k monthly bonus)=_upto 22k_in-hand*
• For fresher is 10.7k in hand and (5k bonus)*

Process: Medical process, Outbound,
Job Description
• Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification.
• Denial documentation and further action.
• Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients.
• Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims.
Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement (Insurance Follow UP, Patient calling, Provider outreach program etc.

Key skills:

Good at communication skill
Good at computer skill.
Ready to work in night shift
Ready to work in voice process.

• training period timing*
30-40 day will be paid training session which will be in day shift timing will be +am to 6pm.
• night working time*
after 1 month it will be full night shift.
6pm to 3am(one way drop facility).
• please note* (1k-5k) performance bonus will start after paid training session.
