Purpose of the Job: To achieve the organizational goal for the assigned territory in terms of revenue ,cost and to maintain appropriate relationship with the representatives of channel partner in that geography. To handle all verticals of the bank under Branch Banking and Asset Channels of the Bank. Duties Responsibilities: Business Delivery • Achieve the assigned target in terms of EPI, revenue persistency. • To maintain market share amongst all LI competitors in the AU bank. • Ensure appropriate spend management/ZBS assigned to the territory. • Drive all sales initiatives so as to meet its objective Business Development • Implementation of overall business strategies to suit the local channel dynamics. • Conduct out of office calls as per need of the team. • Maintain appropriate resources as per channel partner agreement. • Execution of the sales strategy by the use of robust MIS ensuring successful management. • Ensure adherence by the teams to the sales management process. • Conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams and channel partner for continuous business delivery and business development. • Manage Sales orientation of the team right upto FLS/Co-ex levels Channel Partner Management • Interact regularly with the channels partners at agreed levels to have a committed and a partnership based relationship. • Communicating and agreeing appropriate expectations with the channel partners at the local level. • Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters. • Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner. • Communicate organizational agenda effectively with the channel partner the local level. • Enable smooth information flow on agreed business parameters. • Drive to ensure optimum utilization of real estate of the channel partner. • Communicate organizational agenda effectively with the channel partner People Management • Ensure high number of FLS earning variable. • Appropriate team management with low attrition. Developing people in the team to take up higher roles. • Identify quality manpower and do timely recruitment and induction of the same. • Maintain and develop skills and knowledge through appropriate training • Ensure organizational agenda is cascaded effectively to the sales team • Ensure effective use of role play and on the job training for Sales force through joint calls etc. Personal Attributes: Passionate, Positive, Good Listener, Analytical, Strong communication, Strong leadership skills, result orientation, execution capability.
