Location- HO Kolkata

Job Description-
• Functioned as Tender Executive and arranging documents as per Tender Requirement
• Excellent knowledge in Preparation of Tenders Procedures / Bidding and submission of Tenders
• Uploading/Submitting the Documents (General/Technical/Commercial) in the ONLINE Platform
• Getting /Procuring Digital Certificates for ONLINE Tenders Participation
• Fixing the tender opening and Prebid meeting when required
• Selecting Tender from the leading newspapers Websites
• Assist department with all documents support Liaison with Govt. Department for
• Vendor Registration, Approvals and Renewal
• Submitting documents for getting new registration as approved vendor
• Preparation and submission of different types Bank Guarantees like Bid security and
• performance Bank Guarantees Meticulously following for getting back the BGs DDs
• Preparation of EMD and Bank Guarantee Statement
• Preparing the Tender Comparative Statement
• Preparing the proposals (Technical Commercial)
• Full knowledge of GEM portal
• Handling of digital signature
• Knowledge about MSME applications, renewals etc.

Requirements

Desired Profile- Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in same domain
