Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
Provide information about the company's products and services.
Answer customer queries and address concerns in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up on leads and ensure consistent communication with clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the team lead.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to generate new leads.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in telecalling, preferably in the IT sector.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Proficient in using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
