We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote our products/services, assist in inquiries, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services, promotions, and special offers.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
Maintain a clear understanding of the products/services offered and convey relevant information to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, directing them to the right department when necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by management.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
Gather customer feedback and report trends to management for service improvement.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and enhance overall team performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales/marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and positively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A customer-oriented approach with a solution-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Office-based or remote work, depending on the company’s policy.
Standard working hours with occasional overtime as required to meet targets.
