**Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Work from Home)**

**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma (10th/12th Grade) or equivalent
- Freshers welcome; 1 year of experience in customer service preferred but not required
**Skills Required:**
- Excellent communication skills in [Hindi Marathi ]
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively
- Proficient in using customer support software and tools
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
**Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services
- Assist customers with placing orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate departments
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management on customer concerns
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
- Training will be provided for freshers to develop necessary skills
