Job Description:
Role Overview: As a Telesales Executive in the fire safety industry, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads and secure appointments for our fire safety products and services. You will be engaging with potential customers over the phone, educating them about our offerings, and persuading them to schedule meetings or demonstrations with our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to identify their needs and introduce our fire safety solutions.
Qualify leads and set up appointments for our sales representatives to further discuss our products and services.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM software and sales databases.
Knowledge of the fire safety industry or willingness to learn about fire safety products and services.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Previous experience in the fire safety industry or a related field (like security systems, safety equipment, etc.) is a plus.
Proven track record of successful sales or lead generation over the phone.
Working Conditions:
This position typically operates in an office environment.
May require occasional travel for meetings or industry events.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary range varies based on experience and location.
