Role Description
This is a full-time Tele caller / Sales role at Pride Badge, located in Hyderabad.
As a Tele caller, the responsibilities will include making outbound calls and converting leads into customers, answering inbound calls, researching and identifying potential customers, and updating customer records in the system.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 Years Exp as Tele Caller / Sales
Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi, with a clear and friendly speaking voice
Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude towards customers
Proficient in using CRM applications and computer systems
Flexibility to work in shifts, if necessary
