Must-Have min 5 years of experience in sales to achieve targets with your team.

Responsibilities of candidates include:

· Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

· Monitor the program on 500+ accounts across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets

· Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

· Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

· Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

· Provide daily reports of sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.

· Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.

· Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, and company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

· Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met

· Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned.

· Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
