Job Title: Tele Sales Executive
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
Preferred:
• Experience in jewellery retail sales, tele sales or telemarketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Provide accurate product information and answer customer queries.
• Overcome objections and close sales effectively.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and referrals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively pitch offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in jewellery retail sales, tele sales or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
