Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customers seeking information about electronic products such as laptops, interactive flat panels, TVs, and mobile accessories.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and assist in guiding customers towards suitable products based on their requirements.
- Follow up with potential customers and ensure product inquiries are responded to promptly.
- Address customer queries related to pricing, features, availability, and post-purchase support.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry for orders in the system.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer service team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain customer records and update database with relevant customer information and interactions.
- Promote special offers, new products, and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads and help achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
- Prepare daily reports on call activity, customer feedback, and sales progress.
- Manage customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
Skills:
- Good command of communication skills, both verbal and written(English is must) .
- Knowledge of the electronic products industry (Laptops, TVs, Mobile Accessories, Interactive Flat Panels) is a plus.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Experience in tele sales or customer support roles is preferred.
- Good listening skills and the ability to assess customer needs quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and self-motivated.
