What We Are Looking For
Effective communicators who connect donors to the causes that matter most to them, inspiring their generosity
Natural conversationalists who can adapt to each individual donor and conversation, responding effectively to concerns
Independent workers, motivated to meet or exceed targets with limited supervision
Motivated multitaskers able to represent various charities across different campaigns, while remaining focused on our goal of inspiring generosity
Basic computer data entry skills, including familiarity with Google Chrome, Gmail, and Google Chat
Relevant Experience:
Call center: 1 year (preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Experience with Five+ and/or Salesforce is an asset, but not required
Requirements
Access to a quiet home office space, free from distractions and background noise
Must have wired USB headset with built-in microphone (Bluetooth devices and earbuds are not accepted)
A laptop or desktop with Apple, Windows 10, or newer Operating System (Chromebooks and Windows XP are not supported)
A reliable, uninterrupted internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30MBPS, and upload speed of 10MBPS
A smartphone or tablet that can support multi-factor authentication apps
Eligible candidates based in Canada, authorized to work full-time, who have a Canadian bank account to receive funds (We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time)
