Responsibilities: Telecalling II Good Communication

Inform customers about the company's products/services and offersManage inbound/ outbound customer calls in a timely mannerGenerate leads that develop into new customersIdentify customer's needs and convince the customer to buy the product/serviceGain comprehensive product/service knowledge and clarify information wherever required
