Job Title: Tele Caller (English and Hindi Communication)
Location: Sector 67, Mohali (On-site)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Tele Caller to join our team at our office located in Sector 67, Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent English and Hindi communication skills, as they will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to promote our products/services and handle inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote company products/services.
- Engage in proactive communication to generate leads and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and update the customer database.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and maintain long-term relationships.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and objectives.
- Keep accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Ability to fluently communicate in both languages is essential.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven attitude.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills and experience using CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Previous experience in tele calling or customer service/sales is preferred.
