Telecaller

Job Brief:-

We're looking for a Tele Caller who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering inbound calls from customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties:-

 Identify, qualify, and refer potential clients to appropriate sales representatives for sales opportunities or to appropriate departments for information about products or services.

 Input customer information into the computer and verbally relay information to sales representatives regarding customer sales opportunities.

 Record customer contacts, sales information, and other information about products and services

 Communicate with sales representatives regarding customer calls.

Responsibilities:-

 Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our Algo Trading Software and promote its features

 Scheduling sales meetings and follow-up calls  Responding to customer inquiries and providing support

 Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

 Achieving monthly sales targets

Requirements and Skills:-

 Proven experience as a Sales Tele Caller or similar role.

 Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service.

 Identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products.

 Keeping up to date with the latest product information.

 Following up on customer inquiries and orders.

 Resolving customer complaints and answering customer questions.

 Updating customer information in the system.

 Assisting in the planning and implementation of sales campaigns.

 Participating in sales meetings and providing feedback.

 Meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office
