HERE AND NOW offers a job opportunity to freshers and experienced candidates in the BPO industry to schedule appointments on leads generated from various platforms with an aim to assist the marketing department. We are looking for a determined and self-motivated candidate to join our marketing team and present unique ideas to help achieve our goals. The candidate should be able to analyze report insights to assist in expanding our presence. Ultimately, the candidate would be equipped to be flexible and a high-performer in any fast-paced work environment.

Roles Responsibilities:

1. Accurately understand the programs and its benefits offered by the institute.

2. Updating our internal database with new converted prospects.

3. Contacting active prospects to encourage traffic and registrations to our programs.

4. Addressing clients' in a courteous and coherent manner.

5. Redirecting the prospect to the appropriate medium when necessary.

6. Reporting progress of prospects to the team for closing.

7. Reporting all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

Qualifications:

1. Strong proficiency in English

2. Passion for acquiring and converting prospects

3. Proficient in customer engagement and support.

4. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.

5. Results oriented

Salary: Rs 45000 to 60000 (including incentives)
