Job description

1 Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

2 Determine clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them

3 Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

4 Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

5 Display and market real property to possible buyers

6 Managing the records of the end-to-end interaction with the prospective insurance clients

7 Managing follow ups with the prospective client for document submission

Desired Candidate Profile

1 A graduate degree is mandatory with 1-5yrs of experience in related field
