Job Title: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive with excellent communication skills in Marathi and English to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting potential clients into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong follow-up pipeline
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions
Maintain customer data and call records in CRM tools
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and escalations
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales
Fluent in Marathi and English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
Comfortable working in a remote/hybrid setup
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
