The Role

Your Responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for Tele calling to the clients.
• Manage outgoing and incoming calls.
• Multi-task on various projects which are relevant to the company.
• Document all call information and update the same in Tracker.
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
• Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Ideal Profile

Skills Required:
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Mandatory.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
• Should know how to work on excel.
