Responsibilities: Inbound/Outbound Calls II Data Entry • Inform Customers About The Company's Products/Services And Offers • Manage Inbound/Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner • Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers • Identify Customers’ Needs And Wants, Clarifying Information Whenever Possible • Maintaining And Updating Database With Relevant Customer Information • Comfortable With Working On Laptop/Desktop, Entering Data Etc
