We seek a proactive and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our event/exhibition management team.
Role: Telecalling Executive - B2B Clients
Experience: 0-2 years
Location: Okhla Phase 2, Delhi, Onsite
Skills:
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone
- Persuasive and confident in discussing services with potential clients
- Basic understanding of event/exhibition management is a plus but not mandatory
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Compensation: Market-based salary + attractive performance-based incentives
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our event/exhibition management services
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets set by the management
