Telecaller Associate - Ops/Hindi
Position: Telecaller - Post-Installation Client Support
Work Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and personable Telecaller to engage with clients after the installation of our EV chargers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong client relationships, and the capacity to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any post-installation concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Make a minimum of 200 calls per day to clients post-installation.
Establish and maintain a positive rapport with clients.
Gather client feedback and ensure they are satisfied with the installation.
Issue Reporting:
Identify any defects or issues reported by clients.
Accurately document client concerns and relay information to the manager.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Coordination:
Collaborate with installation teams, technical support, and customer service to address client concerns.
Follow up with clients to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Communication:
Clearly and effectively communicate installation details, usage instructions, and maintenance tips to clients.
Address client queries and provide relevant information about the products and services.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Electronics/Electrical, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role
Preferred Skills:
Customer Support/Telecaller Experience
Knowledge of EV chargers and the EV industry.
Previous experience in post-installation support or technical support roles.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client issues.
