Tele Marketing Executive
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, conducting market research, and promoting products or services over the phone. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
Provide information about products or services and answer any questions potential customers may have.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through research and follow-up.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
Sales Conversion:
Persuade and convince potential customers to purchase products or services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Customer Interaction:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
