Tele Calling Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or conversions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales, customer service, or business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads or clients from the provided database.
Clearly explain product/service details and benefits to customers.
Handle queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead nurturing.
Requirements:
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
Confident, persuasive, and polite telephone manners.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM is a plus).
Ability to handle rejections and remain professional under pressure.
