Job Role:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls.

- Maintain a positive attitude towards achieving organizational goals.

- Reach productivity levels that meet job standards.

- Consistently meet and exceed assigned Daily targets.

-Manage enquiries for folders and provide necessary Information.

Requirements Skills:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.

- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- Proficiency in Hindi is a must.

- Basic Data Entry skills Familiarity with Computer Software's.

Eligibility:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Teleselling, Customer Support, or Cold Calling.

- Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Pay Scale: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Six days working)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
