Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients
Explain company services in a clear and professional manner
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls
Keep records of calls and update customer information in the system
Follow up on inquiries and maintain call logs
Coordinate with the internal team as needed
Requirements:

Good verbal communication skills
Fluency in Hindi and Gujarati
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
