3. *Screening:* Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' interest, availability, and basic eligibility criteria.

4. *Information Dissemination:* Provide detailed information about the delivery boy role, including responsibilities, benefits, and growth opportunities within the organization.

5. *Documentation:* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of candidate details, interactions, and feedback in the recruitment database.

6. *Follow-up:* Regularly follow up with potential candidates to keep them informed about the recruitment process and address any queries they may have.

7. *Collaboration:* Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
