Tele caller Executive
We are proactively looking for an enthusiastic and efficient telecaller. Telecallers are categorised into 2 types. One is for sales and marketing and the second one is for customer services. Job Responsibilities: Inbound calling service - Customer service, Enquiry handling. Outbound calling service/email - Lead conversation by reaching out to current and possible clients for requirements, Product promotion, Telemarketing/sales. To direct the leads to the sales team. Understanding customers requirements. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. Qualifications: Freshers or 1+ years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role. Having done B.Sc/BA will be an advantage. Skills Required: Excellent interpersonal and Communication skill are the most important aspects that a telecaller requires. Efficient with English and Hindi. Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems. Paying attention to details. Answering questions, hearing out complaints, and considering feedback in a timely manner are all essential customer service skills
