Organizing Patient visits. Maintaining accurate records. Giving proper appointments to patients according to Doctor's Availability.
Working will be on Softphone, on our EPABX system. Data Entry and Data Handling in our Software will be taught. Follow-up on the leads generated Responsible for handling Inbound and outbound calls. Required experience, skills and Qualifications maturity Confidence Skilled in MS Excel.
Required Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Basic Computer Knowledge and Software handling.
Graduation from any stream HSC is also ok.
