Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Writer for TOCUMULUS located in Chennai.
The Technical Writer is responsible for creating technical documentation.

The Technical Writer will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) in the organization to develop and maintain high-quality documentation that meets the needs of TOCUMULUS clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong Technical Writing, Technical Communication, and Technical Documentation skills
Experience in creating technical documentation such as SOW, Blog, Internal knowledge base, Use cases.
Ability to work closely with SMEs to gather the necessary information for technical documentation/SOW/Blogs/Use Cases and internal knowledge base.
Familiarity with documentation tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and Confluence
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of infrastructural technology and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
