Server Support Engineer/Cloud Support
At International-BPO, we are seeking a skilled Server Support Engineer/Cloud Support to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can provide top-notch technical support for our server and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong problem-solving aptitude.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Microsoft 365 products
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and Exchange services
- Provide assistance with internet and networking issues, including Outlook and SharePoint problems
- Assist with protection software usage, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-year relevant technical experience
- Excellent communication and English speaking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized individual
- Strong listening and responding skills
- Willingness to take on challenges and go above and beyond to complete tasks
Working Conditions:
