• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with the company's standards and legal regulations.

• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department managers.

• Facilitate employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and effective manner

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the IT industry

• Strong knowledge of HR policies and legal regulations

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
