Roles and Responsibilities
• Clarify business needs through thorough documentation.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to close proposal/plans/designs, introducing innovative solutions and use cases.
• Take ownership of assigned products, driving research, conceptualization, acquisition, adoption, engagement, and customer experience from start to finish.
• Design elegant solutions for complex workflows, crafting experiences that captivate users and spark meaningful conversations.
• Develop wireframes, user stories, customer journeys, behavioral specifications, and personas. Create a solid business case to justify proposed investments.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing projects/fixes in Mobile Banking initiatives, ensuring seamless execution.
• Help businesses implement technology solutions efficiently by defining project requirements and communicating them effectively to stakeholders, facilitators, and partners.
• Collaborate with Departmental Heads/Users from Business, Product, IT, Vendors, etc. to execute projects as per requirements.
• Work closely with Internal customers to resolve issues, identify opportunities for automation, and minimize manual intervention.
• Manage escalated customer concerns, working across teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Support business during live issues, coordinating with technology to resolve them within expected timelines.
• Conduct regular meetings with business partners to share work status, progress, and issues.
• Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed systems.
• Provide input to process teams while developing processes related to systems.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the entire project SDLC and actively participate in projects from requirement documentation to post-production support.
