WebToNative is looking for a Technical Support/Chat Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and customer support to our clients who are using our website-to-app conversion service. You will primarily communicate with our clients through chat support, but you may also need to provide phone or email support. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing product guidance, and escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner through chat support.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website-to-app conversion service.
3. Provide guidance and support to customers on how to use our product.
4. Escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Work collaboratively with other team members to provide high-quality support to our customers.
6. Keep up-to-date on product and industry knowledge to provide the best support to our customers.
Requirements:

1. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
5. Technical knowledge of website-to-app conversion is a plus.
6. Familiarity with chat support platforms is a plus.
