Tech Support Executive Job in Hyderabad
we are looking for Telugu language support to the customer And Distributer
Providing help and answers to the customer’s technical issues through identification of the problem, Initial analysis, and by taking assistance of L2 in case of requirement.
· Agent need to pick the customer calls and provide the solution for simple issues on call or take screen session for analysis of complex issues
· Agent should have basic SQL and UI path hands
· DDL/DML Knowledge
· RPA Knowledge (Robotic process automation ) will be added advantage – Not R
· Basic knowledge of Incident management (Priority and impact of the issue)
· Agent should have proper email etiquettes with good verbal and written communication skills
· Understanding of additional language will be an added advantage
