Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving team processes and implement innovative solutions.

Compliance: Ensure all team activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.

Strong understanding of team dynamics and performance management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
