TEAM LEADER / ASST MANAGER - OPERATIONS

Job Purpose:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to ensure that the highest level of service is provided to customers. You will be accountable for managing and motivating the team to meet and exceed performance targets and to ensure that operational objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of customer service representatives to deliver excellent customer service to clients.
Set and monitor team performance targets and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and resolve any issues.
Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Manage employee schedules and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
Act as a liaison between the team and management to communicate operational issues and ensure alignment with company goals.
Participate in recruitment and selection processes as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:

Any Degree / Diploma from a valid Indian university or board
Minimum of 2-3 years upto 10 years of Team Leadership experience or similar role within a BPO or call center environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and call center software.
Fluent in English, Hindi and additionally any Indian languages
