Job Location : Chennai.

CTC – 6 LPA
• Should have Team Lead experience for at least 2 years on papers.
• Should have experience in Domestic Voice.
• Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in BPO.
• Should be able to calculate Attrition, Shrinkage, AHT.
• Should be aware of NPS, Repeat Churn.
• Should be aware of Occupancy and Utilisation formulas.
• Candidate should be good in communication.
• Language Specification: Kannada / Malayalam
• Shift - Rotational Shift / Rotational Week off
• Notice Period - Immediate Joiner / 30 days
