Job Summary:

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of field executives to execute BTL marketing activities. This role requires a proactive approach to meet daily targets, ensure campaign quality, and provide on-ground support. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of BTL marketing, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 field executives to ensure smooth execution of BTL marketing activities.

Assign daily tasks, set performance targets, and monitor progress to achieve campaign objectives.

Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, feedback, and training as needed.

Campaign Execution:

Oversee the on-ground implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring adherence to client requirements and quality standards.

Coordinate with the Project Manager to receive campaign briefs and disseminate information to the team effectively.

Ensure that all promotional activities are carried out as per the planned schedule and guidelines.

Performance Monitoring:

Track and report daily performance metrics, including order targets, leads generated, and customer engagement.

Identify areas for improvement, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans for team members.

Analyze data and suggest strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Training Development:

Train new hires and existing team members on marketing techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

Conduct on-site training sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of the field team.

Quality Assurance Compliance:

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements during campaign execution.

Conduct spot checks and audits to maintain high standards of campaign quality and brand representation.

Reporting Communication:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and campaign progress.

Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and provide updates on campaign status and challenges faced.

Address and resolve any on-ground issues promptly to ensure smooth campaign operations.
