Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Mathematics Teaching Assistant to support our lead faculty in delivering high-quality instruction to students (classes 8–12, including JEE foundation). You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen concepts, solve doubts, and stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

Assist lead teacher in conducting sessions (offline occasionally online)
Solve student doubts during and after sessions
Support in preparing and correcting tests, assignments, and content
Track student progress and help with study planning
Conduct revision or remedial classes when needed
Maintain discipline and foster a motivating environment
Who You Are

A graduate or undergraduate with strong math fundamentals
Passionate about teaching and working with students
Comfortable in a support role — explaining concepts clearly and patiently
Good with technology — WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic digital tools
Bonus if you’ve taught before or cracked exams like JEE / Boards with distinction
