Ensuring customer satisfaction

Troubleshooting / customer service skills

Desired Knowledge, skills and abilities:

Good reasoning and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Problem Solving skills

Basic computer knowledge

Typing skills as required by the process

Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well

Basic knowledge and ability to use various applications / tools related to the function / Project

Flexibility to work in shifts.

Salary : 1,44,000 - 2,70,000 Per Annum plus Incentives
