Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Tandoor Roti Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing and cooking a variety of tandoor rotis, naan, and other bread items, ensuring a high standard of quality and consistency. You will work in a traditional tandoor oven, preparing fresh and flavorful flatbreads for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare dough for various types of rotis, naan, and other bread items.
Cook and bake rotis, naan, and other bread items using a traditional tandoor oven.
Ensure rotis are cooked to the desired texture, flavor, and appearance.
Monitor the temperature and cooking time of the tandoor oven.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, particularly around the tandoor area.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Assist in menu development and experimentation with new types of flatbreads.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Ensure all orders are prepared and served on time.
Handle the tandoor oven safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Tandoor Roti Chef or in a similar role, especially with tandoor cooking.
Knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian bread-making techniques.
Strong understanding of the tandoor cooking process, including oven management.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and team collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy kitchen setting.
Strong hygiene and safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications:

Culinary diploma or relevant certifications.
Experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
Working Conditions:

Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-temperature environment (near the tandoor oven).
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
